Non Dairy Fudge Brownie Recipe Video
Ingredients
Cocoa Powder - 3/4 cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup
Boiling Water - 1/2 cup
White Sugar - 2 cups
Eggs - 2
Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/3 cups
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Chocolate Chips - a handful (optional)
Walnuts - as required, (optional)
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/ 175 degree C.
2. Grease an 8X8 inches pan.
MAKING
3. Mix the first 4 ingredients until wet and then put in the rest of the ingredients and mix them well until wet.
4. Add to the greased pan and cook in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
5. The brownies are done when you have a clean inserted toothpick.
6. Allow to cool then cut into squares.
SERVING
7. Serve warm or cold with milk.

Hi Crystal, the first time you add the oil to blend the cocoa so that it resembles melted chocolate. The second time you add oil instead of butter. It is essential you add the ingredients in this sequence to get the fudge moist texture. Hope you try the recipe and like it!
