No Sweat Curry Beef Recipe Video

Beef with curry to serve with rice, is the ideal dish for a small but complete meal idea. However, you can make other combinations also.

Ingredients

 
beef cut, sliced thin strips
 
5 ml tarragon
 
45 ml curry powder
 
5 ml all-purpose flour
 
olive oil
 
10 ml butter
 
5 ml mince garlic
 
15 ml chopped onion
 
chili peppers
 
118 ml cream
 
green/red peppers

Directions

Place beef cut on a plate
Add tarragon, curry powder, and flour to the plate.
Rub the flour mix into beef.
Cover, chill for half an hour.
Medium heat the skillet.
Add oil to the skillet.
Add beef, cook for 4 minutes.
Stir, and scrape.
Add butter, garlic, onion, chili peppers, and cream.
Stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
Add peppers.
Set the skillet aside.
Serve with rice.
