No-Bake Stuffed Peppers Recipe

| 4 Ige. green peppers | ||
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 c. cooked packaged precooked rice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Remove stems, seeds and membranes from peppers.
Place peppers in boiling water; cook for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
Cook beef in skillet until ten- der; drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, cheese, seasonings and rice; simmer, stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
Spoon into hot cooked peppers.
