Ingredients

 Potatoes6 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Water5 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrots1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken bouillon granules - 4 teaspoons
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Evaporated milk1 Can (10oz)
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large slow cooker add the first nine ingredients. Stir well.
2. Cover and cook on high for 7-8 hours until vegetables are cooked.
3. Stir in milk and parsley. Combine well.
4. Cover and cook 30-60 minutes.

SERVING
5. Garnish with chives.
