 Dry yeast2 Teaspoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2. cup whole wheat flour
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Teaspoon
 Honey3 Teaspoon
 Egg white1
 Unbleached flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Sprinkle yeast on warm (120°) water.
2. Add whole wheat flour, salt, oil, honey, and egg white. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.
3. Add unbleached flour.
4. Cover. Let rise 30 minutes, optional.
5. Stir and spoon into nonstick or paper-lined muffin pans and fill cups half full. Let rise 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 400° for 12 to 18 minutes.
