No Knead Bread Recipe Video

1.In a mixing bowl, add the pre measured flour.
2.Spoon in the instant yeast into the bowl.
3.Pour the lukewarm water over the flour. Mix well. The dough will be quite wet in consistency.
4.Cover with plastic wrap tightly and let it rest for 18 hours.
5.After 18 hours, uncover the bowl.
6.Flour a surface and drop the dough on it.
7.Work with your hands and fold it in gently. Do not over do it.
8.Let it rest for further 15 minutes.
9.Take a clean kitchen towel and dust a little flour in the center of it.
10.Place the dough on it.
11.Again flour the dough from the top and wrap it in the towel.
12.Cover with another towel on top.
13.Let it rest for 2 hours.
13.In the mean time after 1 ½ hours, pre heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
14.Place a cast iron enameled pot or any other heavy duty oven safe pot in the oven for half an hour.
15.Take the pot out from the oven.
16.Dump the dough in the pot and cover with lid.
17.Place it back in the oven for 30 minutes.
18.Take it out and remove the lid. Place it back in the oven for 15 minutes now.
19.Take it out and place the bread on a cooling rack.
20. Slice it and enjoy as a side to your meal.
