1/2 pound Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
