No Cook Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 3 , minced | |
| 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half, stiffly beaten | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except basil in a deep bowl.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Discard bay leaves.
Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with chopped basil, if desired.
