No Chop Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Pepper and onion seasoning blend package | 1 , frozen | |
| 3 cups angel hair slaw, | ||
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Diced tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Fat-free chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/2 ham-flavored bouillon cube, | ||
| Carrots | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Green beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray, place over medium-high heat until hot. Add seasoning blend, sauté 7 minutes or until tender. Add slaw and next 5 ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until slaw is tender. Add carrots, green beans, pepper, and salt, cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
