1. In a bowl, add the crushed pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, flaked coconut, chopped pecans and the Cool whip whipped topping.Mix until everything is combined.
2. Divide the mixture evenly between two graham cracker pie crust.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
4. Cult into slices and serve.
Store any unused pie in the refrigerator.
