No Bake Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients

| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light rum | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chocolate wafer package | 1 , crushed | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs), powdered | |
| 1 cup very finely chopped walnuts | ||
| Chocolate | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sprinkles | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cocoa powder (not a mix) | ||
Directions
1. Melt pieces in heavy, medium-size saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Blend in juice and rum; stir in chocolate cooky crumbs, sugar and nuts till mixed. Cover; chill 2 hours, or until stiff.
2. Roll the dough, a rounded teaspoon at a time, into balls. Roll 2 dozen balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat, pressing firmly. Roll 2 dozen in a mixture of chocolate and colored sprinkles. Roll remaining in cocoa powder. Place on tray; cover; chill several hours or overnight.
