Niu Ju Chin Jow Recipe
Ingredients
| Green peppers | 6 Medium, shredded | |
| Cooking oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Lean beef | 1 pound, shredded | |
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Seed peppers and cut in julienne strips.
Fry in 3 tablespoons oil, remove.
Mix beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper.
Add remaining 3 tablespoons oil to pan and fry beef until redness disappears.
Add peppers, salt, monosodium glutamate and remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
