Nippy Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salad dressing | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soft butter | ||
| Whole wheat | 12 | |
Directions
Combine beef, cream cheese, horseradish, onion and salad dressing.
Butter bread slices to edge on 1 side.
Divide beef mixture into 6 parts.
Place 1 part on buttered side of 6 bread slices, spreading to edges.
Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides down.
Cut in half to serve.
Freezes well.
