Nippy Nachos Recipe
Ingredients
| 20 Ige. tortilla chips | ||
| 1 jar taco sauce | ||
| 5 oz. Monterey cheese, shredded | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
| Jack Sliced olives | ||
Directions
Arrange chips on large waxed paper-lined glass plate.
Sprinkle taco sauce over chips according to taste.
Sprinkle cheeses over chips evenly.
Top each chip with olive slice.
Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Rotate dish.
Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
Yield: 20 nachos.
