Nippy Nectar Dressing Recipe
Nippy nectar dressing is a cream cheese and honey dressing prepared with lemon peels and juice for flavor. Sweet and delicious by itself, the nippy nectar salad dressing is spiced with cayenne pepper and can be used for fruit and vegetable salads.
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash cayenne | ||
| Salad oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Soften cheese.
Blend in all ingredients except salad oil.
Add salad oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition.
Chill.
Beat well before serving over fruit salad.
