Ingredients
| Refined flour | 200 Gram | |
| Onion seeds 1 tsp. | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Fat for rubbing in 15 gm. | ||
| Water | 1 (As required) | |
Directions
1. Sift flour. Add salt and onion seeds.
2. Rub in fa with sufficient, water to form a soft, smooth dough.
3. Roll out about 0.1 cm. (1/16) thick.
4. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Prick.
5. Fry in deep fat till golden brown and crisp.
6. Drain on paper and tin.
