 Paneer200 Gram, shredded (FOR THE KOFTAS)
 A pinch of roasted and pounded cummin seeds
 Onion1 Teaspoon, minced (FOR THE KOFTAS)
 1 finely chopped chilli
 2 minced cloves of garlic
 2 sliced pieces of bread soaked in water with water squeezed out
 1/2 juice of lime
 Flour1 Tablespoon (FOR THE KOFTAS)
 Oil1 Tablespoon (FOR THE KOFTAS)
 Tomatoes4 , chopped (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 2 tbsp lightly browned onions
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Ginger1/2 , finely chopped (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 6 pounded cloves of garlic
 A few finely chopped mint leaves
 Garam masala powder1/2 Teaspoon (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Green chilli1 , finely chopped (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Tomato ketchup1 Tablespoon (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Salt To Taste (FOR TOMATO GRAVY)
 Spring onion1 , finely chopped (TO GARNISH)
 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
 Green chillies4 (TO GARNISH)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Microwave water for 2 minutes and drop the spinach in it.
Let it stand for 3 minutes.
Plunge spinach into cold water, soueeze water out of the spinach and mash.
Mix in nutmeg, chilli sauce, salt and pepper and keep aside.
Mix all the rest of the koftas ingredients together with salt except flour and oil and make koftas (balls) the size of a walnut, stuffing them with the spinach mixture.
Roll them in flour.
Put oil in a shallow dish and microwave covered for 5 minutes, turning over the koftas in between during cooking.
Mix the ingredients for tomato gravy and microwave for 5 minutes.
Stir.
Place half the gravy in a serving platter.
Put the koftas in it and pour the other half of the gravy over it.
Microwave for 5 minutes and garnish with spring onion, coriander leaves and chillies.
