Nilagang Baka With Veggies Recipe Video

This is one of my version NILAGANG BAKA. Since we don't have here all the ingredients like in Philippines so I substituted some vegetables with other kinds of veges...

Ingredients

 Beef2 1⁄5 Pound
 Carrots150 Gram
 Sliced celery250 Gram
 Cabbage150 Gram
 Sliced ginger50 Gram
 Quartered onion1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground pepper1 Pinch
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Broth cube1 (Vegetable Flavor)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Boiling)

Directions

In a large pot bring to boil a large quantity of water then add the quartered onion, the sliced ginger, the beef and the broth cube. Skim-off the foams from the boiling water then add the ground mixed pepper, the salt; simmer until beef is very tender.

Once beef is tender, add the sliced celery, the sliced carrots then cook for 10min then add the sliced cabbage and the white part of the green onion. When the vegetable are cooked, add the sliced green onion and serve.
