pork
 
oil
 
water
 
1/2 cup soy sauce
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1 cup sake
 
white part of the green onion(sliced)
 
ginger

Directions

In a pan, lightly brown the pork in the oil; remove the pork and excess oil. Place the pork back into the pan, add little water; stir in the soy sauce, sugar, sake, ginger, onion, water and bring to a boil. Simmer over a medium-low heat for about 45 minutes.
The pork is better the next day. After cooking let everything cool leave the pork in the broth put in fridge. Next day remove fat from broth and warm everything.
