 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Skim milk1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks2 , beaten
 1 6-ounce package frozen crab meat, thawed
 Frozen peas1/2 Ounce, cooked, drained
 Dry white wine3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 6 Whole Wheat Biscuit Crackers

Directions

Melt butter or margarine; stir in cornstarch and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till bubbly, Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir half of the hot mixture into yolks.
Return to hot mixture in saucepan.
Cook and stir till bubbly, Add crab and peas; heat through.
Stir in wine and lemon juice.
