Ingredients

 8 small new potatoes
 Cooked1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 1/2 cup hot thin cream, seasoned with salt and pepper Chopped parsley or chives

Directions

Scrub potatoes, leave unpeeled and boil.
When just tender, drain; skins may be quickly peeled off or left on.
Place in heated vegetable dish, and add peas.
Pour seasoned cream over all.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
