New Potatoes In Cumin Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound tiny new potatoes
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes.
Beat oil with cumin and vinegar in serving bowl.
Press garlic clove through press into dressing.
Mix with pepper.
When potatoes are ready, drain and cut into halves or quarters directly into serving bowl in which dressing was mixed.
Stir with dressing to coat well.
