New Orleans Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Uncooked rice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped fine | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄2 , chopped fine | |
| Stuffed olives | 6 | |
| Cauliflower sections | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 14 Cup (224 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄2 | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1 Dash | |
| Canned shrimp | 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cook rice in salted boiling water; cool.
Mix rice, onion, pepper, olives and cauliflower.
Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add to rice mixture.
Add seasonings and stir.
Add shrimp and stir carefully or shrimp will fall apart.
Serve on crisp greens.
