Ingredients

 Uncooked rice1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Onion1 Small, chopped fine
 Green pepper1⁄2 , chopped fine
 Stuffed olives6
 Cauliflower sections1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise14 Cup (224 tbs)
 Lemon juice1⁄2
 Tabasco sauce1 Dash
 Canned shrimp4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook rice in salted boiling water; cool.
Mix rice, onion, pepper, olives and cauliflower.
Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add to rice mixture.
Add seasonings and stir.
Add shrimp and stir carefully or shrimp will fall apart.
Serve on crisp greens.
