Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. boneless, country-style, pork ribs
1/4 c tomato paste
1/4 c cider vinegar
2t honey
2 T water
1t olive oil
2 T dry mustard
1/2 T Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4C onion, chopped nonfat cooking spray
Directions
Remove any visible fat from the ribs.
Score the ribs with a knife to prevent the meat from curling as it grills.
In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until thickened, about 5 minutes, and keep warm.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the ribs in the grill1 and cover each with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
Grill for 6 minutes.
Turn the ribs and baste each with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
Grill for 2-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve with the remaining warm sauce.
