Hot New England Clam Chowder Recipe
|Canned minced clams||13 Ounce (2 Cans Of 6 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Peeled and diced potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|

Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp.
Remove bacon, crumble and set aside.
Drain clams and add liquid to drippings.
Stir in potatoes and onion.
Cover and microwave 9 to 12 minutes or until potatoes soften.
Stir flour into 1/4 cup milk.
Add flour mixture and remaining 1 1/4 cups milk, clams, salt and pepper to hot liquid.
Cover and Microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until piping hot.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with butter, oyster crackers and crumbled bacon.
