New England Baked Halibut Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt pork | 1 To taste, thinly sliced | |
| Halibut | 1 | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 c. buttered | ||
| Cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Arrange several slices salt pork in 8 x 8-inch pan; place halibut over salt pork.
Cream butter and flour; blend well.
Spread over halibut.
Sprinkle with crumbs; arrange several slices salt pork over halibut.
Cover with buttered brown paper.
Bake at 375 de- grees for 50 minutes.
Remove paper; bake until browned.
