 Broccoli1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cauliflower1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrot2 Tablespoon, finely grated
 Red cabbage2 Tablespoon, finely grated
 Yellow squash2 Tablespoon, finely grated
 Onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 whole-wheat tortilla, chapati, or pita
 Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon
 3 thin slivers dill pickle
 Lettuce1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded
 Alfalfa sprouts1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Avocado slice2
 Dash of sea salt, Spike, or salt-free seasoning (optional)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) To prepare the vegetables, cut broccoli florets lengthwise keeping the upper portion of stalk. Also, bring out tiny florets from cauliflower.

MAKING
2) In a vegetable steamer, add broccoli and cauliflower. Cover the steamer with a lid and allow the vegetable to steam over boiling water for 5 minutes or until vegetables turn tender when tested with tip of sharp knife.

SERVING
3) In a big serving bowl, add the steamed vegetables along with carrot, cabbage, and squash and mix thoroughly.
