 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
 1 medium-sized green bell pepper, finely chopped
 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet gherkins, drained
 Eggless mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 1/2 cup chili sauce or cocktail sauce
 Hot pepper sauce1 To taste
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in all remaining Ingredients, adding hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
