New York Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups low fat cottage cheese | ||
| 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature | ||
| 1 medium-sized green bell pepper, finely chopped | ||
| 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped | ||
| 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet gherkins, drained | ||
| Eggless mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1/2 cup chili sauce or cocktail sauce | ||
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in all remaining Ingredients, adding hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
