 12 small red-skinned new potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled
 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Yogurt Cheese
 Coarsely ground black pepper to taste
 Chopped fresh dill for garnish

Directions

Place potatoes in boiling salted water to cover.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Drain and let stand.
After potatoes have cooled, slice in half.
Top with a dollop of sour cream or Yogurt Cheese and sprinkle with pepper and dill.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
