New Potatoes With Dill Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 small red-skinned new potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled | ||
| 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Yogurt Cheese | ||
| Coarsely ground black pepper to taste | ||
| Chopped fresh dill for garnish | ||
Directions
Place potatoes in boiling salted water to cover.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Drain and let stand.
After potatoes have cooled, slice in half.
Top with a dollop of sour cream or Yogurt Cheese and sprinkle with pepper and dill.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
