Ingredients
1 pound small new potatoes
1 package frozen green peas, thawed
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup light cream
1 small onion, finely chopped
Directions
To thaw frozen peas, heat, covered, in Radarange oven in 2 1/2 quart casserole 2 minutes.
Stir after one minute.
Scrub potatoes; cut off a band of skin around middle of each.
Pierce through once or twice with a fork.
Put potatoes in a medium cooking bag.
Fold open end of bag under potatoes loosely.
Cook 8 minutes; turn bag over after 4 minutes of cooking.
Remove potatoes from oven.
Melt butter in small bowl in oven 30 seconds.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add light cream gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook 1 minute, stir; cook 30 seconds more.
