New Orleans Pork Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless, country style pork ribs - 1 1/2 lb | ||
| Tomato Paste | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Can (10oz) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onions | 1/4 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Get rid of visible fat from pork.
2. Make shallow cuts on the meat so as to prevent it from curling while grilling.
3.Take a small saucepan, mix together all the other ingredients and belnd for 5 minutes to form a thick sauce. Keep the sauce warm.
4.Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat it for 5 minutes.
5.Put the ribs in the grill and top witj 1 tablespoon of the sauce.
6. Grill for about 6 minutes.
7.Turn the rubs and smear with sauce again.
8.Grill for 2 to 4 minutes. Make sure meat is cooked through.
SERVING
9. Serve with the warm sauce.
