 Lean ground beef1 Pound
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Dry bread crumbs1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Frozen mixed vegetables package1 , thawed
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Hashbrown package1 , frozen
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 Cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef with egg, bread crumbs, milk and salt.
2. Shape into 1-inch balls.

MAKING
3. On 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, place a metal rack and place meatballs over it.
4. Cover the dish.
5. Cook on High for 5 minutes.
6. Drain excess fat.
7. Combine with vegetables, thyme, pepper and tomato sauce.

FINALISING
8. In a 10-inch pie plate, press potatoes on bottom and sides.
9. Drizzle oil.
10. Heat on High for 3 minutes.
11. Brown 5 minutes.
12. Add meatball mixture over potatoes.
13. Cook on High for 5 minutes.
14. Sprinkle cheese.
15. Heat for 30 seconds.

SERVING
16. Serve hot.
