 French bread slices2 , cubed (3 1/2 Inch Thick)
 Lemon juice60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
 Olive oil/Vegetable oil1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
 Anchovy paste1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
 Elephant garlic1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and finely minced
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
 Limestone lettuce720 Milliliter, torn (3 Cups)
 Romaine lettuce720 Milliliter, torn (3 Cups)
 Grated parmesan cheese30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)

Sprinkle bread cubes on baking sheet; bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10-12 minutes or until toasted.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together lemon juice, oil, anchovy paste, garlic and pepper.
Remove toasted bread from oven; place in a shallow bowl.
Sprinkle 2 tbs of the dressing mixture over croutons; toss to coat.
In a salad bowl toss together limestone and romaine lettuce.
Add croutons, remaining dressing and Parmesan cheese; toss well.
