New Caesar-Style Salad Recipe

This New Caesar-Style Salad does not really require much cooking. You can easily prepare this New Caesar-Style Salad by simply combining all the ingredients furnished and then a bit of clever cooking. Cook it up easily!

Ingredients

 
3 1/2-inch thick slices French bread, cubed
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
 
1 tsp (5 ml) olive or vegetable oil
 
1 tsp (5 ml) anchovy paste
 
1 clove Elephant Garlic, peeled and finely minced
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper
 
3 cups (720 ml) Limestone Lettuce, torn
 
3 cups (720 ml) romaine lettuce, torn
 
2 tbs (30 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Sprinkle bread cubes on baking sheet; bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10-12 minutes or until toasted.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together lemon juice, oil, anchovy paste, garlic and pepper.
Remove toasted bread from oven; place in a shallow bowl.
Sprinkle 2 tbs of the dressing mixture over croutons; toss to coat.
In a salad bowl toss together limestone and romaine lettuce.
Add croutons, remaining dressing and Parmesan cheese; toss well.
