Never Fail Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

 
6 eggs
 
1 cup thick white sauce
 
2 Tbsp. milk
 
6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces

Directions

Separate yolks from whites.
Beat whites until stiff.
Beat yolks until light.
Add milk.
Fold in white sauce and mix well.
Fold in whites.
Have bacon browned with half of grease poured off.
Add to mixture.
Bake in 250° oven for 1/2 hour.
Turn out upside down on hot platter.
