| 1/2 cup shelled, peeled chestnuts, boiled and drained | ||

Directions
Prepare and cool custard as directed.
Meanwhile, pour wine over fruits and let stand 1 hour; also puree chestnuts.
Mix fruits and chestnuts into custard.
Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in.
Cover and chill 1/2 hour before serving.
