Neptune's Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Canned Cream of Shrimp Soup - 1 can | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic Powder - a dash | ||
| Canned White Crab Meat - 1 6 1/2 ounce) drained | ||
| Canned Tiny White Cocktail Shrimp - 1 (4 1/4 ounce) drained | ||
| Green onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pale Dry Sherry or Cooking Wine - 3 tablespoons | ||
| Chips or Crackers | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, add the cream cheese
2) Mix till smooth
3) Add in the soup, sour cream, paprika, and the garlic powder
4) Heat everything over a medium heat and cook till just heated through
5) Add in the crab meat, shrimp and about 3 tablespoons of the green onion and the sherry
6) Cook the mixture
7) Into a chafing dish or fondue pot, pour this mixture
SERVING
8) Serve the dish with chips or crackers
