Nectarines With Sauce Cardinale Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All-fruit apricot preserves - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nectarines | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a blender or food processor puree raspberries.
2) Spoon the puree to a 1-quart saucepan.
3) Keep aside the preserves.
4) In a cup mix water and cornstarch together.
5) Stir it into the saucepan.
6) Cook and stir over medium heat until thick.
7) Let stand to cool for sometime.
SERVING
8) Serve sauce over the nectarines.
