Nectarine Cream Pie Recipe

| Nectarines | 3 | |
| Spiced crumb crust | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flaked coconut | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constontly, until thickened.
Gradually stir one-fourth of hot mixture into egg yolks; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, and stir in flavorings.
Cool 15 minutes.
Stir in yogurt.
Arrange nectarine slices in Spiced Crumb Crust; pour filling over fruit.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Chill thoroughly.
