Nectarine Puree Recipe
Ingredients
3 nectarines
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp concentrated aspartame
Directions
Drop the nectarines into a large pan of boiling water.
Shut off the heat.
Let stand for one minute to loosen the skins.
Drain the hot water; then pour cold water over the fruit and slip off their skins.
Place the nectarines in a food processor or blender with the lemon juice and aspartame.
The amount of aspartame will vary, depending on the tartness of the fruit.
Puree.
Spoon into glass dessert dishes.
