Nectarine Plum & Basil Salad Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Nectarines | 2 Large, pitted | |
| Plums | 2 Large, pitted | |
| 1/4 cup (10 g) firmly packed fresh | ||
| Basil leaves (minced.) or about | ||
| Dried basil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter lettuce leaves | 8 Large, crisped | |
Directions
In a large nonmetal bowl, mix nectarines, plums, basil, vinegar, and honey. (At this point, you may cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.)
