Nectarine Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| Nectarines | 5 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup granulated fructose | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp low-calorie margarine | ||
Directions
Combine nectarines, lemon juice, fructose, flour, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
Toss to mix.
Transfer to 9 inch (23 cm) pastry-lined pie pan.
Dot with margarine.
Adjust top crust, and pinch or flute edges; then cut in vents to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
