Nectarine Beef Saute Recipe
|Sirloin steak||8 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low sodium soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Red onion||1 , cut in half and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|California nectarines||2 , cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (Fresh)|
|Ground red pepper||1 Pinch|

Lighdy coat steak strips with flour; set aside.
Combine soy sauce and honey in cup; set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion; cook and stir until onion is crisp-tender.
Add garlic and steak strips; cook and stir until steak is browned.
Add nectarines, reserved soy sauce mixture and red pepper.
Cook about 1 minute or until nectarines are warm and liquid is reduced to glaze, stirring constantly.
