Nectarine Beef Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| Sirloin steak | 8 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| Black pepper | 1 | |
| All purpose flour | ||
| Low sodium soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 red onion, cut in half and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Nectarines | 2 | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
Season steak strips with black pepper.
Lighdy coat steak strips with flour; set aside.
Combine soy sauce and honey in cup; set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion; cook and stir until onion is crisp-tender.
Add garlic and steak strips; cook and stir until steak is browned.
Add nectarines, reserved soy sauce mixture and red pepper.
Cook about 1 minute or until nectarines are warm and liquid is reduced to glaze, stirring constantly.
