Nectarine and Blackberry Crisp Recipe
Ingredients

| Sugar | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange zest | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Pure vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsalted butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Fresh blackberries- 1 pint, washed and hulled | ||
| Mint sprig | 4 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 400°F
MAKING
2. In a medium sized bowl, place the nectarines with the sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract, then divide this mixture between individual souffle dishes.
3. In a baking sheet, set the mixture and bake for 10 minutes in the center of the oven
4. In another bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and nutmeg, and remove the nectarines from the oven, and spoon the blackberries over the nectarines
5. Lay the berries, and sprinkle the crumb topping over the berries, make sure to keep a small gap between the topping and the side of the dish
6. In an oven, place the mixture and bake for about 30 minutes, at 375 degrees F, bake till the fruit turns tender and the topping is golden in color, once baked completely, remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature on wire racks

7. Serve the crisps with ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired, and top with a sprig of mint
