Ingredients

 2 pkg. lemon gelatin
 Hot water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Salt3 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 a finely chopped carrots
 Cabbage1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Onion1 Teaspoon, minced
 Spinach1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add vinegar and salt.
Divide gelatin into three parts.
Chill each part until partially thickened.
Add carrots to one part of gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Combine cabbage and another part of gelatin.
Pour over first layer.
Chill until firm.
Add onion and spinach to remaining gelatin.
Pour over firmly chilled mixture.
Chill until firm.
