Neapolitan Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pkg. lemon gelatin | ||
| Hot water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 a finely chopped carrots | ||
| Cabbage | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Spinach | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add vinegar and salt.
Divide gelatin into three parts.
Chill each part until partially thickened.
Add carrots to one part of gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Combine cabbage and another part of gelatin.
Pour over first layer.
Chill until firm.
Add onion and spinach to remaining gelatin.
Pour over firmly chilled mixture.
Chill until firm.
