Neapolitan Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |

| 6 pork rib or loin chops, cut about 3/4 to 1 inch thick | ||

| Mushrooms | 1 pound, cleaned | |
| Green peppers | 2 To taste, chopped | |
| Canned tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sieved | |
| Dry white wine | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Add garlic and cook until lightly browned.
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Put chops in skillet and brown on both sides.
Add mushrooms, green pepper sieved tomato, and wine.
Cover and cook over low heat about 1 hour, or until tender.
