Navy Bean Tarragon Recipe
Navy Bean Tarragon is easy to make and is also professional at the same time. Both my husband and I love this Navy Bean Tarragon dish. You will like the fact that it comes cheap too!
Ingredients
1 tbs (15 ml) olive oil
1 cup (240 ml) finely diced onions
1 cup (240 ml) quartered mushrooms
1 cup (240 ml) thinly sliced scallions
1 cup (240 ml) thinly sliced leeks
3/4 tsp (4 ml) dry tarragon leaf
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) cooked navy beans
1/2 cup (120 ml) white wine
1/4 cup (60 ml) Powder
4 1/2 tsp (23 ml) dark miso
1 tbs (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
3 tbs (45 ml) diced red bell pepper, optional
3 tbs (45 ml) sliced scallions, optional
Directions
Heat a saute pan on medium heat for 1 minute and add oil, onions, mushrooms, scallions, leeks and tarragon leaf; saute until the onions are transparent.
Add the beans.
Blend the white wine, soy beverage powder, dark miso and fresli lemon juice together until smooth.
Add this mixture to the sauteed vegetables and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
