1 cup chopped leeks
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) ARMOURĀ® Lower Salt Ham cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup uncooked navy beans, soaked overnight and drained
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno peppers
Directions
Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Add leeks; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in ham, beans and peppers; add enough water to just cover beans.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender.
