2 1/3 cups peeled, sliced fresh or thawed frozen peaches
1 3/4 cups peeled, sliced Granny Smith apple
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon peach brandy
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chilled reduced-calorie margarine, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons pine nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray; toss well.
Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in pine nuts.
Sprinkle flour mixture over peach mixture.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
