Directions

MAKING
1. In blender, add onion, dates, tomato puree, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth.
2. Place a sauce pan on heat, and pour mixture in it. Bring it to boil.
3. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened.

SERVING
4. Sprinkle thyme and chilli powder, if desired and serve with grilled chicken.
