Ingredients

 3/4 cup natural no-salt peanut butter
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower nuts
 Sesame seed1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
 Dried apricots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Flaked coconut2/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine peanut butter, honey and margarine.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot and mixture can be stirred smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except coconut.
Shape into 30 balls, about 1 1/4 inches.
Roll each treat in coconut.
Chill for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
